Services

Resonate Labs provides Generative Engine Optimization diagnostics, reports, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any paid engagement are set out in a separate order, statement of work, or written agreement. In the event of a conflict between these terms and such an agreement, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@resonatelabs.co if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Payments

Paid services are billed as described at the time of purchase or in your engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card details ourselves.

Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Resonate Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for content we deliver to you as part of a paid engagement, we grant you no right to use our materials beyond viewing them for your personal or internal business purposes.

Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. GEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the behavior of third-party AI platforms and search engines. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, traffic, or business result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resonate Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.
